We used this as a focus for our Sunday evening contemplative prayer group. People found it very moving. My own reflection was how I have a frequently fearful orientation to the world. I can be happy AFTER I’ve considered and mitigated all the things that might go wrong. But if God uses even things that go ‘wrong’ (as assessed by my ego), then I can relax into this goodness.
