I’m on my way home from work, listening and am struck by the poverty of a worshipping church where I live. I have not been back to church for 9 years. In the art I do and the thoughts of my heart I lay open to the thinning veil. There is a place to worship here, I just haven’t found it. Please include this in your prayers. 🙏🏼

Absolutely loved this. So good to hear you both again. Beauty is in The church building when The Holy Spirit is present but also as we enter and look to The Trinity when we worship we bring the anointing and wow what a difference! We are all part of taking the beauty with us. So much more to express about this but would take too much space. His Beauty is everywhere if we look. Just loved all the sentiments expressed.

Blessings

Thanks again Bishop! As always--gold! Could this perhaps be what Jesus was getting at in John 4:23 "when true worshipers will worship in spirit and truth"? To worship Him in this "spirit and truth" posture: could we say, is not to worship Him with an awareness of one's own spiritual substance, sense of status, or in one's own spirituality. Rather, it is to worship in the sphere of God and no longer that of external performance...in reality and no longer in the realm of mere appearance and adornment?
